The program
Tappme, run by Manuel De Luna, lets you earn points at participating businesses by tapping your phone on their tag. Signing up is free.
Points and rewards
Points have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and only work at the business where you earned them. Each business sets its rewards, how many points you need and its hours, and may change them; rewards you already earned are honored.
Visits
You earn one point per visit, at most one every few hours and only during the business's hours. Some days may count double if the business offers it.
Fair use
Points are for real visits. If we detect abuse (for example, earning points without visiting or creating fake accounts), we may remove points or close the card.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. You're responsible for the phone and email being yours; your email is the key to your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Emails
We send the emails your account needs (like your sign-in code). Reminders and promotions only if you agree when you join a business. Each one has a link to stop receiving them.
Liability
Each business delivers its own rewards. Tappme is provided as is; we do our best to keep it working but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
